Franklin Associates was established in 2007 by Mr. Thilak Ulrusi Tamilvanan and has been one of the fastest growing companies.

Through tireless optimism, sharp business acumen and visionary partners, Mr. Thilak founded Franklin Associates and has its sole proprietorship, which today is expanding heavily and aims to be among the foremost.

Mr. Thilak has earned DCE, AMIE, and has completed B.E. (Civil Eng.) from Anna University. He is currently a certified Chartered Engineer and an Associated Member of IEI. Mr. Thilak has 23 years of experience and has worked for reputed companies namely Wavoo Reality, True value Homes (TVH), and Sumanth & Co.

Franklin Associates has registered in (1) MSME (UAN TN08A0039673) and (2) GST (GSTIN 33AEOPT4569H1ZX), Govt. of India.

Our background and our staff have a combined experience and drive that is beyond comparison. Since the beginning in 2007, it has been an upward trajectory. Franklin Associates is the contractor of the next generation.,
